Summary: We stopped here last minute on a road trip and it was the nicest hotel of our 6 days!! Pool, Hot Tub, clean room, clean bathroom, all the amenities we needed. We were so impressed and it was affordable too. Would definitely stay there again and will be looking for Best Western Plus on more trips.

Summary: Graduation weekend in a University town drove hotel prices into crazy range (typical is $120 - we paid this weekend $450) rice in no way is in perspective with the accommodation. Pretty old hotel, all amenities in working order, but old and outdated. Highlight is the 24h coffee automatic in the lobby. This is splendit. The individually wrapped coffee plastic cups reminded of Covid times- also not necessary in my mind. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Summary: There were a couple things that could have been better. Our door did not seal to the hallway. You could see through to the hall. The shower needed to have Drano poured down. The breakfast was empty of things 30 minutes before it was supposed to be over. Never refilled. Pool was closed but nothing said on the website.

Summary: Pool was closed which was the main reason I booked the room. Also the hallway had a bad smell. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfasts were exceptional. Great location, clean.

Summary: Overall, it was a great property. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I liked how quiet the room was, overall. I will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: This hotel is clean and I love the close location to Iowa State campus. The room doors could stand to be replaced. They are lightweight and wood and block no sound. You could hear every conversation in the hallway. There’s also a big enough gap between the door and the door jam that I could see light into the hall.
